★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice place. Most of offices are located nearby this building. High court and other court is walking distance from here. You can get jetty for howrah station from millennium park which is 100 meters from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Government of India Organisation. Reaching hear by asking to the passerby is difficult. This building is just near to the Google location. Certainly adjacent to the church and infront of Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) 2 or Reserve Bank of India (RBI). A building namely Hong Kong House is also there in front. More precisely Coal Controllers Organization (CCO) is in the Building number 1 at Council House Street. There are many other organisations located in this Building. Even a post office is there in the ground floor.
Enter to the building take the stairs to the first floor and left is CCO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a heritage building. Length would be around 150 mts. If one walks though the corridor on each floor, he will not need to exercise any more. Has lot of Central Govt Offices & PSUs. Recently renovated. Very conveniently located although parking would be difficult.
