★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As this place directly related to Indian railways it thereby serves worst of all foodstuff first of all u get a very minimum veriety of eatables and snacks and that too only those which are of there greatest pack which forces the travellers to buy those most costly items only afterall this place truly sucks!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the worst service .I called for order in bhopal from itarsi..due to some connectivity problem the person received the called was not able to hear me properly but i could hear him and i was doing hello hello so he could hear me but he replied me" abe muh m jabaaan nhi h kya".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ordered in the train. Delivery boy took 5 rs Extra without being mentioned in the bill. Didn't provide the water bottles mentioned as free with it didn't give the right amount of Rotis and most important I ordered three thalis of different kinds with different Rotis, but they gave the same roti in every thali. Dessert was not given as well.
