★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under construction project. Three towers are being made. Total 823 units. 12 flats are being constructed in each floor with six lifts in one Tower. Tower B and C are presently being constructed. Work completed till 6 to 7 floors in tower B and C. Tower A work has not been started. Project is located on main road and is besides ATS homekraft. Only 3 BHK residences. Builder is reputed. One can safely invest in this project as the earlier projects orange county, olive county, cherry county, Cleo county are all unmatchable and have given good returns. Proposed metro station is at 700 metres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder has a very bad office team with whom I had one of the worst experience among all the builder I have purchased the flat with.
I recommend you not to purchase a flat with them as they have very bad way of treating their customers.
Do not go through their channel partners as they are people who just give false commitment and nothing else.
I will again say, beware of the builder and of this project which has one of the worst team in India.
