★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad event management. We wanted to see Mughal e azam show in tkt of 10k and booked accordingly. Suddenly we were informed that because it is Saturday we have increased the charge to 12.5 k. I believe this is nothing but cheating. How can any event manager increased published and printed charges just because it is Saturday? Nowhere I have seen this occuring. Neither in India or outside.
More than that once we were seated inside we saw that this section of 12.5 k was 50%vacant and just before the show started people sitting in 5k section were allowed to come forward and we were shocked to see them going forward and sitting ahead of us.
It is so sad to see this. Then what is the purpose of our spending so much money if we could be sitting forward by spending less than half the amount.
I have never seen such an arrangement nor is it legal or ethical to do so.
Also the seating arrangement was very bad . We had to constantly move up or down or left or right according to the guy sitting in front as there was no step up sitting method. All rows were at the same level without the gradual upward step up seen in all good auditoriums. Taking such money and not giving even an average sitting experience is not at all ethical nor practical.
I hope you have the courtesy to apologise and refund some amount. We could be sitting in front even by paying 5 k.
And in future book good auditoriums and fix your rates and keep rate segregation valid.
