Actually, the main problem was that I had no idea about the laws in this country and I have decided to apply to this company. Everything was okay I was convicned that here only true professionals work and I guess I will definetely apply here once in case of such situation in future. Nice job, performed by professional lawyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is pathetic. They hire people for limited time and to attract needful people. They kicked out the pilot batch and they don't have reason for that. They shows their repotation as a multinational company but they don't have working tools internet speed as enough technical staff. This is the worst company in terms of growth, opportunity, stability, decision making. Management is Ruthless they hired but now they are destroying are carrer. Still we are waiting for their answers.

Fusion net trainer is clever in dealing with you if you are going there for job so be careful if you go for training of Comway and fusionnet. The trainer is same person for both.

luckily i had selected for position . customer executive process was panasonic. term and condition was fully mention on the cover of offer letter .you will have compelete training of 15 days, while training if you will not be able to qualify in certification . you will not be provided 1500 rupees of training duration. 1500 hundred rupees will be provided only those person who has qualified his,her certification, my score was good 85% during call recording , one person was sitting beside me he said to me that Anil you will be passed in certification because your score is above 85. i was extremely happy that my certification will be done now .
but trainer sahil informed everyone for final certification after 3 days .
who will select and who will not select. final day one senior person came me and said anil if you will pay 1000 rupees then your certification will be done , i was in confusion little bit for what i should pay money i am also good . i had refused them for paying money. but in finally i was not selected and i was not given any money for my rest 14 days work. i think i had wasted my 14 days . trainer also used to misbehave with all trainer candidate sahil trainer had not right way to speak .

Prior intimation but was assured by operations manager that there won't be any termination.
Mailed them regarding my experience certificate but still no response.
Right now in Ienergizer, getting 10k more salary also 5 days work and the process and work culture is too chill in comparison to Cogent. TL and managers are aupportive in there own ways.

Its give you job to work in other companies in position like telecommunication job and it's offer you good salary according to your qualifications and experience. And They not ask any money,if someone ask then they are fraud. Don't give anyone money for job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Job is something that only disciplined people can do and this is the place for disciplined people where most of the people physically come for the job but mentally they are at their homes. In this company the management is good, everyone is professional and polite nobody treats the employee badly. You are supported at every step of your process, from selection to training and from training to work. You can get half day in case of emergency, no one will stop you unless there is some very urgent work in the company. Salary is on time. My thoughts are based on process in which i am working. But everything depends on the process you are in. So be prepared give a good presentation at interview seek a job in good process. Stay disciplined.
