Hello Friend, I suggest you please don't buy this company's policy. They are provide wrong information and miss communication. They are customer care Team and Sales totally different communication. They sales team person is Aniket & Ankit they all very clever and well trained they always force you to buy a policy. And They are call you 7 to 8 Times in a Day if you not buying policy after that they are force you. I had buy policy for 4 member and had get 4 health check coupon eye check coupon and dental coupon. Now I am use only 2 coupon and one time use medical Bills reimbursement amount 584 Rs after that I am not getting any Reimbursement amount from that company and customer care Tram says you use service you didn't get any reimbursement and company not to bound 100% give you. That is to way of communication to consumer care team. So Guys I request please don't buy this company's policy. They always miss guide you and I hope you to lose your valuable money if you buying policy. And now this company not cancelled my policy and to refund my rest of amount. They are showing their policy rules and regulations. Be honestly I am I am not see that rules and regulations paper because they sales team to provide me. Only they are provide written mail which I am getting that is totally different. So friend think about and then buy policy. Very Bad experience and very poor..customer service. Thanks

My customer id is CHS0002304. I had purchased this plan on 17th april 2021. They promised many thing to me. But everything is fraud. There customer care doesn't response my calls. I bought this policy from Team leader Mr. Rakesh jha id no. CHS-DEL-007. Mr. Rakesh is not picking up my call. Mr. Rakesh said company giving you 45 working days for cancellations. If any wrong thing happens with you. But when I received terms & condition on mail. They dined to cancellation. Please don't waste your money in this fraud company. I don't want to share my feedback. But they aren't giving any response on mail or call that's why I am giving my feedback. I will definitely go to court .

Very unprofessional people. (To clarify: I am neither their competitor nor a paid critic.) Here's my story: I had purchased Couple membership Plan in February 2020. While purchasing, the sales team assured me so much about the services and their commitment to make the customer satisfied. But I would suggest you not to fall pray to these people. As now, their customer care numbers keep changing and we can't connect to their personnel's. And when connected by chance, their customer care just says that you cannot avail this service due to XYZ reasons (bulls##t) and doesn't resolve my issues. Cognate Care team writes the same thing on email. But at the end, customer feels disappointed because he can't avail a single benifit they had committed while selling the product. They say that it's due to COVID. I would like to reveal here, that their sales team is working efficiently in the lockdown but not the service team. Why is it so? I feel like cheated... Don't waste your hard earned Money. Don't Buy. Don't recommend this to anyone. Please...

I used to visit the doctor every month and used to pay his fee of Rs 700 but since I took the plan of cognate health company and every month 50% was saved on my visiting fee, according to their rule, they sent my bills within 20 days. Claim passed Good service

very poor service . I purchased a plan but my single bill still not reimbursed after 4 months over. They just cheating and when I call customer care then they say write a mail which I already written a lot.
