★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I would say the organisation needs to upgrade their standard. As a professional HR , my first impression was that the company is least bothered with employee welfare. With stinking toilets to untidy desk , the organisation seems to be too casual about health and hygiene. They conducted an interview drive , calling tons of candidates yet there were no sanitization machine, people were made to sit in a very close proximity of one another , non of availability essential toiletries among others.
Many people have complained about salaries, I won't go to that since salary is something that depends upon many factors but it doesn't need rocket science to be sensitive and empathetic ( especially in these unsettling times) . Hope they take this on a positive note and improve accordingly.
