The only problem is that entry in tech park is only through front gate thus if you are going to walk from gate to the office building on a sunny day you will feel the heat. But apart from that everything seems easy to cope with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently i gave interview to this organization. and after clearing all the rounds they told me that we don't have have budget. though we had discussed about all the things before process start. also one person who called me for final round name was Venkatesh Tamilselvan gave lots of Gyan without having much conversation. SO I WOULD RECOMMEND TO NOT INVOLVE IN THEIR PROCESS WITHOUT HAVING WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM THEIR END. PATHETIC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work environment in Cognizant is very healthy and policies are very attractive. In terms of performance bonus I think Cognizant comes under the organization who pay upto 200% incentives to their employees. It offers good CTC to lateral employees. Interview process is very good. If you perform well there is always a job security.
Cognizant provides many health benefits. Overall if you are looking for switch go for Cognizant and be a part of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with there Recruiter named Muskan on 25th March 2022 she told me that I'll receive an interview call by today's evening,
But that day passed, next day I texted her, she just seen the text and didn't replied same happened for next 5-6 days, I also stopped texting her, and now on 15th April 2022 she texted me asking me what's on domain experience, when I have asked her about my previous interview she just told me that seats were full that's why no interview was taken, but I asked her at least she can inform me that there will be no interview, so she's telling me that "this is only how we work don't teach us our work"
