★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite Salon in Bandra , have been going there since 2008 and have noticed that it is one of the cleanest and well maintained Salon .They do not compromise on the quality of products , even if it is just mere waxing . Staff is extremely friendly and helpful . Well located place . The personal touch that they maintain is amazing and extremely warm .Coleen you and your staff surely deserve 5 stars ❤️

At most salon's, I leave very happy with my haircut and then regret it later; in this case, I was unsure at first, but within a couple of days it was looking so gorgeous, I'm definitely going back again! Falls beautifully, looking healthy.
Left my wallet lighter by about 1.1k but was worth it for my crazy hair.
Colleen herself charges more.
Went on a Sunday, made an appointment one day earlier. Parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my work visit to Mumbai this November, I stayed at my friend's place in Khar West. When I asked her for a good salon near by, she immediately suggested Coleen's. She insisted that I got a head massage with Sunanda, as she was very good. I walked in and thought the place was quite small. For someone like me who is used to large spacious salons in Chennai this was a bit of a thing to get used to. But that is Mumbai. We all know that in this big city, space is a luxury, but service is with the utmost professionalism. From the call I made to book my appointment to the billing at Coleen's, I can vouch for this. Goretti the lady who answered my call and politely explained their services and helped me with my appointment was there when I went over. Her smile was warm and welcoming and she made sure I was comfortably seated for my head massage. Sunanda, the magic masseuse then took over. She was fantastic, patient and so professional. Besides being such a quiet and kind person. She did everything needed to ensure I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and hair wash. I literally dozed off during the massage, which started with the head but went down to my neck, arms and back too. She was fabulous with her fingers. Margaret took over from to dry my hair. She was this bubbly lady with the big bindhi. She took very little time to understand what exactly needed and how I wanted my hair to be styled. She was extremely cheerful and friendly and reassuring with her ease and confidence as she worked on my hair. Manisha the girl who took care of my waxing and threading was very efficient and professional. The staff there are very happy people and this means they are taken care of well. Coleen, you are doing a super good job of retaining the best staff who have a positive attitude. Thank you!

and can’t find anyone who wud give me a suave haircut than Colleen .
