:4th time I am writing this complaint:

Last 20 days back I opened a fresh pack of Colgate Zigzag toothbrush, after brushing suddenly he realised mymy mou was bleeding, after checking I found that, The Colgate Zigzag had sharp edges on the mould from the head side. This brush left me with severe 7 cuts in my mouth, because of which I wasn't able to eat or swollow any thing except milk for 6 day, and the wounds left me with excruciating pain in my mouth, unable to eat, unable to sleep because of the agonising pain whole night...
Never expected such a low grade product for a company like Colgate Palmolive whom we have trusted from childhood, this clearly shows there are no safety or quality checks carried out at Colgate Palmolive otherwise such defective toothbrush would had never entered the market, especially when it comes to Oral care products..
Would discourage everyone Not To Use Colgate Palmolive Products, Specially Colgate Zigzag Toothbrush..
