★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier I stayed here in 2019 at that moment it was fine but now I check in here yesterday and I have seen a tremendous change as whole staff was changed and services were excellent , let it be a small match stick or services, I can see the efforts of the staff to help the customer . If you visit collection O then please have a word with the owners antriksh and sahil . They are really welcoming and kind hearted that , even when the house keeping weren't there they both helped us with the service . I have stayed for 2 nights and I was satisfied by the services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is nice and clean and it's inside a mall so u don't feel like nothing is around.
Lift is not working and it is on 3rd floor!!
Service is soo poor for eg. Towel was not there in my room and till check out I asked it for 5-6 times but i didn't get.! That was an issue.
