Machines are in good condition, very well behaved trainer with great knowledge. Nice environment, AC, music, water and snacks available.
Awesome management and counselling.
Not exactly on road parking but seems quite safe
Timing is morning 6AM to Night 10PM
Sunday 6AM to 11AM and 5PM to 9PM
around 3...4 trainers at a time for 20-30 people
Just sufficient machines (missing a few) for regular daily gym so if your aim is to be fit or gain some normal body its nice...for professional body builders might not be good.
THEY OFFER DEMO! So just try...that's how I joined....coz i liked it after demo while many others have either bad attitude trainers, no proper management, no other facilities or no demo.
Overall : Loved it!
