★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was interested in buying a property here and was given rave reviews by the society's broker Chandan. The society is near and clean and well maintained. However, I saw cracks all over on first floor in one building Ruby which shows weakening foundation. The lift gates have to closed manually. We had to climb 3 floors as people conveniently forgot to close both lift gates. This is a big hiccup as it will happen often. The flats itself are small and require lot of work in renovation. So, I gave this property a thumbs down and moved on.
