★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place for students and employees.. Accommodation is very good and food is also very healthy... I am also an employee, and sometimes I got late to return from office, but our care taker remains awake and serves food after my return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed a long time in this PG accommodation, from 2012 to 2015, and only one thing I can say that, It's not only a very good accommodation comparing to the other PGs in the nearby area, but also the personal relationships with each & every boarder perfectly maintained by Mr. Tapas Saha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place for both student and working people with homely atmosphere and some statutory rules, which is to be obeyed strictly by all boarder for their better living. Monthly rent is very reasonable compare to market and quality of food is also good. Thanks to Mr. Tapas Saha, the owner of this PG motel for his effort and cooperation. My only son is residing here since July'2017 and will completed his B.Tech this May. Now, he wish to stay here further if his posting may given to Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Owner Tapos da is like a thug. He will tell you so and so many things about his pg but in reality you will feel disappointed after giving him security and rent. I and my friend left his pg in January. The taste of the food is tasteless, you'll get cold food in winter season also.. He wasted our total 6500 rupees. He is elder than us so we didn't say something bad to him. Finally we left his so called comfort motel pg and happily living in flat room.
