I had an issue with PAN nos as I wanted to know my my PAN nos. The enquiry department guided well and helped me to overcome this problem and provided the PAN nos. Laly saklia ma'am thank you so much for your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained and friendly unlike most of the government office. Large property with sufficient parking. Helping and prompt staff. Sufficient and comfortable waiting lounge. You can check with the helpful receptionist in 3 floor to know where exactly is that you need to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful help desk person, he explain very clearly and properly, If you have any issues on form 16 or if you get any notice from Income Tax office you can visit this Tax office. It's in 3rd floor, even pan card also done hear, most of the tax related works they will tell us to do yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a problem of demand not considered that was paid, and also have to get refund for another AY. These ppl says AO don't have privileges to do so and not in office for a week and asking to send email, which I sent already multiple times, it's just another government office were people simply sitting around and if anyone comes for any issues they don't do any work and simply wasting time.
