★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I went there for Paytm KYC verification as it was mentioned as KYC point on Paytm app. According to Paytm, KYC is free but once my KYC was done they started asking Rs.50 which I rightly refused to pay. Then their male staff person ( whose name I don't know) started talking rudely and used insulting language. So, if one is visiting this csc they should verify charges for various services in advance because they usually overcharge. And don't pay any fee for Paytm KYC here because it is free. If one is not satisfied with their services complaint to relevant authorities.
