★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communicate India is the worst place to work if you are a freelancer and a blogger. I have been following up with them since February 2018 for my payments. They do not respond to emails and their team is highly unprofessional. Do not work with them ever if you value your time.

They call for interviews for senior management profiles, make them sit in their waiting room for long hours, then call them and say sorry and then steal the business ideas. Please do not ever go there for even an interview. There is a lady named Akshaara Lalwani who will talk so sweet and steal your business ideas and will never revert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The senior leadership is absolutely clueless about running a company. No mails are addressed and responded to, by Aksharaa or Rishan. The HRs completely lack the skill to be at their job, which shows nothing else but the fact that the top people who hired the HRs in the first place are , either, exactly as unskilled as the HRs or even more unskilled to be relying on them.
In my opinion, it is best to avoid joining this group because even after you resign, let alone your remainder salary, you won't even get an acceptable of resignation letter.
