I will never recommend to use services from compu care center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. They didn't solve the problem of my MacBook air, lost a lot of screws , tampered with the sensors making it permanently slow and took 3 months for this all damage so that I could not use my laptop also. Don't ever go for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ highly unprofessional, inexperienced and rude technicians (specially Rahul Jadhav).Initially he allures with his talks by making false promises and when he messes up with the laptop, his tone is changed.
They charge and quote too high for simple issue and if you refuse to take their services, they will return your laptop by introducing new issue.
Worst experience .

Repaired my laptop and delivered in one day, very happy with the service and they gave me a short period of warranty too so I'm quite happy with it. Generally other service centres take longer time and plus cause of this online thingy, they pick up and drop at your place but just one small issue, they're not that punctual regarding timings but considering pune traffic and all, I guess it's okay...
Would definitely go for it again incase my laptop has issues in future and recommend to my friends.

Experience:
My MacBook Air was not turning on and so I had approached them for repair. Rahul attended me and he is a master conversationalist. He explained things nicely and so I agreed to get it repaired from here. They promised delivery in 4 to 5 days. On the 3rd day I got a call saying the laptop is done and I could collect it so I travelled 18kms and went to collect my laptop only to see that it is not working. Then they said 2-3 more days and then again 5 days then again asked for 2 days. After 13 days everyday I was promised delivery for the next day. Morning They say evening you can collect it, evening they say next day morning you collect it and this went on for 6 more days. I might have exchanged over 50 calls in this process. On the 20th Day I was told that they are unable to repair the laptop as they could not solve the issue.
They wasted 20 days of my work time and the irritation, false commitments went secondary to all the time wasted.
I finally got it repaired from another service centre and they told me the previous person has messed up with the laptop badly yet I got my laptop within 10 days repaired and working properly.
Detailed Verdict:
At any cost do not repair your MacBook here. They might be good with windows laptops but they are not at all good with MacBooks. They do not understand the value of time and all they do is give false commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find them best repair center in Pune with very good affordable price as per Market.. I was repaired my HP laptop even HP denying to repair it. I suggest everyone in my friend circle to get repaired from them. Today as well I am there but somehow closed.. I request them to share there closing timings so we will be informed before planning to come there.

I booked a laptop repair service from urbanclap and proffesional from compu care center assigned.. Initially technician allures with his talks by making false promises and when he messes up with the laptop, his tone is changed. they will return your laptop by introducing new issue.
They took more than 3 week to identify that they will not able to repair. Worst experience .
