I have a Lenovo flex2 laptop, which I gave to these fraud people to identify the cause of its crashing windows problem, but they could not identify the malfunctions in its hard-disk till 9 days and on the 10th day the owner of this shop calls us and says we have formatted your laptop and we will remove the genuine windows and replace it with pirated version so it will take 2 more days, LIKE SERIOUSLY, HOW CAN YOU FORMAT ANYONE'S LAPTOP WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT!?, If I hadn't saved my data on my external hard-disk every piece of data could have lost.
After 2 days when I called them again they said the laptop is repaired and the problem was in its hard-disk but we have repaired it (which was a black lie) and they gave me a bill of INR 1000.
When I got my laptop its touch-screen was full of weak scratches as if a toddler just played on its screen and was completely formatted and again when I turned it on it did not run more than 30 minutes and again windows crashed. This time the owner or manager of the shop said when I called them that they knew it could crash anytime soon but they returned it to me because the shop is closed on Sunday and their technician is going out of the town so bring it back to us after 3 days.
And on asking the reason for a bill of my 1000 rupees they said their 3rd class engineers take this much money for simply diagnosing the problem.....literally 14y/o kids can tell this much by simply downloading windows diagnostic tool and running it at least once within 15 minutes. So I backed off from these crooks and gave it to the official Lenovo Store in Jabalpur and they finally repaired my Laptop within 6 hours just by replacing its hard-disk and restoring its genuine windows (which was spoiled by these unprofessional people) though I myself had to transfer the lost data from my Hard-disk and google drive.
SO PLEASE, WHOSOEVER READS THIS, DO NOT GO THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU'RE FOND OF KILLING MONEY. LENOVO AND OTHER BRANDS MUST FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE MALEFACTORS FOR Misusing The Term of "AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER ".
