★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop in bokaro and rakesh kumar the owner is a thief and i am saying all this because of a incident that happened recently i gave my laptop for hinge repair in that shop. And they asked for 1 day time and in the mean while they changed my hard disk completely. Copied data from my hard disk to another hard disk and gave me the duplicate one and he kept the original one. Guys please be aware of such shops.

Purchased a laptop charger from him which does not charger at full potential when went to get it replaced he straight away rejected it saying u did your market survey and then brought the product hence i wont replace it.
That rakesh guy is so rude that you will just want to hit it continuously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option to give non negative marking. The worst experience ever. The Rakesh guy told us to trust him I will give you a compatible charger for the laptop. As usual the compatible charger was way too slow in taking 6 hours to full charge a non working laptop and he says that's usual. Any IT guy can tell clearly how badly he was making fool of a customer. Plz friends do not trust his products. They are all poor quality products. His behavior towards my father was so rude, he started talking in a high pitch tone with my father and he expected me to be quite since he is elder than me. How can I be quite when he shouted at my father and talking. Just rediculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever found for the servicing of the laptops. I would recommend everyone of you reading this go somewhere else but never ever come to this shop. I've been circling this shop over 2 months for my dell laptop's repairing and still they have not repaired it. I had the worst experience here. Even though they are not telling me whats the problem with my laptop. I really recommend you find somewhere else for repairing your laptop. Customer service is very diappointing.
