★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently refurbished my laptop at this shop. They did a decent job with respect to the screen and battery. However, I'm disappointed with with the replaced keyboard. It is very difficult to work with. I have to smash each and every key while typing. When I raised the issue with the shop, they told me they had done the best they could and this was a general issue with replaced keyboards. If I wanted a fast-typing keyboard, I should go for an external one, the shop owner said. He should have told this before replacing my keyboard. Despite their good insights and mannerisms, I felt cheated due to the incident.
