★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short review: takes too much time ( around 15-20 days) for normal problem. Technicians are not at all good. After repeated call after 8-10 days ( when he doesn't even open laptop) he says sorry, your problem can't be solved here. we need to send your laptop nagpur for 1 to 1.5 months.
Don't give your laptop here. Directly go to nagpur evertop computer near sitabuldi metro station.
Long review: 1st time: for motherboard issue, after keeping my laptop for 20 days , he said problem can't be solved here. We need to send nagpur. It will take 1 month. I took the laptop, went to nagpur and got repaired in 3 days for just rs. 1500.
2nd time: my laptop required continuous charger ,battery was not working, so after keeping for 12 days his technician said you should replace battery. So I purchased the new battery for around Rs.3000 from his store. And went to home still same problem. I told him. He retained it and said I'll tell you problem in 3 days. Then that technician went for 7 days leave. And after 7 more days he told me that we need to send it to nagpur and it will take around 1.5 months. I took back the laptop and went to nagpur and done the same work in 3 days for Rs 700. with old battery. But I wasted my rs. 3000 on new battery due to that ch*#@% technician.
