★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to get your laptop serviced, they took my laptop and returned it to me in worse condition that too with a broken lower case. Secondly no genuine spares i asked them to replace my battery which they did and it did not even last for 6 months later they replaced the battery again and that battery too did not last for 3 months. I got it fixed from the company service centre and they told me the battery was not genuine after getting it serviced from the company service centre my laptop has worked fine. I would rate the with 0 stars if there was an option.

Actually i was gone to it and i asked for a genuine hp laptop, guy you can't believe that, they agent give me there using laptop and i asked when this laptop was unboxed they say to me "actually i was unboxed this laptop before 1hour becouse i was setting up in it windows 10"
