She had five sessions and now is much better in fact she does not have any problems at all.
But as we were in Anand in February and then got locked down so could not go and personally to thank the lady who suggested the treatment.
But will go when back in India god ? knows when.

I appreciate the amount of time you’ve spent meeting with our batch at the gym regular. This type of exercising is all new to me. Thank you for answering all of my questions and demonstrating all of the moves for me. My body is already starting to feel stronger then before. Especially I feel very very energetic throughout while attempting today’s group cardio session, that's really surprised me.
