★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased santro sportz cng (red) on 29- july-19, after 500 km it started giving yellow check engine light and car engine started misfiring and giving jerks on second gear onwards. You can imagine how painful to take your brand new car to service center for engine check. I visited service station and they check for errors which is shown in below picture. When asking they said it's normal rather than finding cause and they just ignored this error in system. For engine misfiring also they said it's normal in CNG car. I know this is not at all normal in all CNG car. I am totally disappointed with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience. They keep the car for 2-3 days, afterwards return the car with work undone. The drivers are inexperienced and they complete their personal work with the leftover fuel of the car. The home delivery service is disgusting and the car is returned in an unacceptable condition. The car is not even completely washed and returned back. "WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to service your Hyundai car. The management is helpful they have enough spares available. Though note that this isn't fully fledged service center for that you need to visit sarkhej concept workshop.

Not good for their employees their technician ND helpers in too low salary,
No insensitive too bad system for attendence or leave.

I've put my Hyundai Creta Car for routine paid service, but after completing the service I found that there are missing almost all criteria of their list. I found that AIR FILTER was same dusty as before as well as AIR CONDITIONER FILTER was not cleaned and as per their criteria disk break liner of front wheels was not checked, I have all the proof of this... SO I PERSONALLY SUGGEST... PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO THERE FOR SERVICE OF YOUR CAR. THEY CHARGES RS. 3000 FOR WASHING YOUR CAR AND GREASING IN THE DOOR ONLY, NOTHING ELSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait for @ 25 minutes before a technical person was able to attend me. This was due to staff shortage as some engineers were on leave. However., more shocking was the fact that half the staff was not wearing the mask and customer visiting were not asked to put on mask if they were not wearing one!!
