Mr. Parminder Singh Bhalla is the founder of Concrete Planners. His experience in concrete flooring industry is more than 10 years. He is former Director of BGSB Concrete Solutions Pvt. Ltd. a leading flooring company in India, renowned for its best expertise, highest number of Laser screed owners and delivered highest number of VNA floors in India with maximum height of 20m. Maximum period of his experience in BGSB was spent on training flooring skills to the working team and developing new Technics of construction of high performance floors and repair technics.

International Experience: Helped contractors learn Flat Flooring techniques in Ethiopia, Kenya, India (country with 29 different states and different languages).
