The pillow cover is bad , the pillow mist provided with the gift leaves marks on the pillow.
The eye cover is of really bad quality.
Regretting now, had high expectations seeing the pics which are so wellnshot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After much research on what gift I could give my friend on his birthday, I zeroed on Confetti's hamper. The checkout experience was smooth. I was expecting similar experience on delivery. I got a call from my friend saying that the cookies (Thats my Batch cookies) were smelling awfully bad and were broken inside the Jar. Also some of the products had minor scratches. I reached out to Confetti team about the issue and they promised a refund for Cookies. So I was okay with that.
After 2 days of my initial msg, I msged them again since the refund was not credited. They messaged that it takes 7-10 days for the refund to get credited. I again waited patiently for almost 15 days and still the refund was not credited. I guess this is just their strategy since some customers will forget about refund and won't follow up again. On the 16th day, I again followed up this time with a tougher tone. They replied since it was a COD order, the refund could not be processed from their system and they had to initiate a UPI transfer. My ques is why say that refund will be credited in 7-10 days in the first place (didn't they know it was a COD order then).
I guess it is just a delaying tactic since some customers will eventually forget following up. This is really not helping the company in the long run. Also, the products are not like the ones shown on the website. For example, they show the dry fruit jars with nice cloth covers, in reality what you get is plain jars without the cover. Simply NOT WORTH the premium they are asking for. I would high advice against placing an order with Confetti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the gift much before occasion . They lied for 3 days that they shipped but they didn’t. Then when they said they did , they blamed the courier company blue dart for order getting lost(still wondering if they actually did). Then on the day of the occasion they actually shipped the product which as per tracking company was picked up next day late.
All in all. The gift didn’t reach on time. Had to call them 5 times at least everyday to get everything in order as they don’t check and take care. Don’t rely on them after ordering. Keep checking on them else your product won’t ever get delivered.
Completely worthless and incompetent people with no regard to the actual idea of gifting.
Please don’t order with them
