★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent work done by Dr Neeti on 8 crowns in my mouth ! I had gotten my crowns done more than 10 years back... Now there was problem with every crown .I had initially consulted two different dentists in Gurgaon, however both suggested that I take out all those teeth and replace them with new implants (which is a huge investment) ... When i visited Confidental clinic, Dr Neeti had a more conservative approach ... She worked on each old tooth, removed the old crowns, constructed the damaged teeth after treatment and gave new crowns..huge effort done by her..and the whole treatment costed me few thousands instead of few lakhs as suggested by other docs..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr.Niti for a wisdom tooth extraction and a RCT after suffering from immense pain .Dr.Neeti was very patient in hearing me out and carried out both the procedures very efficiently.She was very easy to reach out , warm and friendly .This helped me to overcome my fear for dental procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had come from Ludhiana to visit my son's family in Gurgaon. However, next day, unfortunately i developed pain in my tooth. My son asked me to show to Confidental Clinic in Gurgaon itself as he and his family visit here regularly. Being from Ludhiana, Gurgaon was a new experience for me. However, when i went to Dr. Neeti, she made me very comfortable, explained the problem to me, and did the cavity filling. She also showed me, using a oral camera, that i needed few other things also. Finally, i ended up doing complete check-up/ treatment of all my age-old dental problems that i had not gotten done in Ludhiana. I think the clinic is very clean, the Doctor is very good, and everything is explained in detail. My bill amount was very reasonable and nothing was hidden from me at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m an NRI who has family in Gurgaon. My Friend told me about Confidental, as I had a long-standing RCT pending, and my son had a couple of cavities that needed attention. I needed a good Dentist reference, as most dentists in India jack up their prices when they learn you’re an NRI!! (Trust me, I’ve checked out a couple of others at Sapphire!). I found Dr Neeti to be very professional and skilled at her job. Was especially impressed with my son’s treatment, as she made him comfortable and helped treat both his cavities. Was dreading that he’d cry a lot, but he was fine! I’d say money well spent! Thanks Dr Neeti ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While my wife and me have been regular customers of the dental clinic, we had to take our sons for their dental checkups. We had a wonderful experience with my kids at the Clinic ... The Doctor took a lot of time and care to attend to both my kids ( 8 years and 4 years old). Painless treatment and quick turnaround. She also gave star stickers to my younger one post his treatment! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous experience with the said doctor. After months of back and forth communication neither did she accept her mistake or refund the amount charged. The RCT done had a faulty crown placement which led to a long term swelling and was diagnosed by a reputed endodontist later on. Being from a medical fraternity, I can assure you that a supposedly experienced medical professional ought not speak to their patients, in the manner this doctor does.
I was told that my tooth was infected and hence the rct was required, but 4 months later I was given a polar opposite diagnosis. I strongly recommend others to stray away from this clinic and it's questionable ideology of dental practice.
