★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the waterproofing done to my house, through Constro Chem vide Invoice no 271 dated 24 Jan 2018, through your Managing Partner Mr Tanvir Ahmad. I was given a five-year guarantee. In the heavy rains in Sep 2019, a corner of the house started leaking. I rang him on 4 Oct 2019 and thereafter made several calls to him to repair the leaking part of the corner of the house redone. He has failed to respond and is not even answering my calls.
Last week I again sent an email to the company however they have failed to respond. The '5 year guarantee' is a hoax. Please patronize at your own risk. Now, in spite of the guarantee I am forced to approach another company for repairs.
