★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst, company for QA, all the QA employees are struggling, 7 testers absconded, 2 fired and 1 left recently.
1) All the kids those, who worked for more than 5 years in that company, have become managers, their work is to be a task masters......and manager himself told me this,i missed one bug, team leaders started shouting at me i asked my Manager , what is this...he told me, that i told the team leaders to be task masters because this is not a movie....i started thinking actual he is right, coz contentsphere is launching rockert to MOON Mars Pluto and Jupitar at the same time ... with the help of MDM
2) Managers write reviews on glassdoor.
2 ) More than 2 stars, them consider it as fake review.
3) QA people don't have any respect, TLs directly say "kaam se nekal denga teko "
4) They will give tremendous amount of work and they will set deadline
1) There is no requirement document for the application, n e1 if u dont know the flow of the apllication, they will tell you to write the test cases, by doing exploratory testing ,in that if u miss anything , they will say , we have interns and there are lots of people waiting outside, willing to work.
2) There is one more testing team called cs , who are paid ultra less and made to work for 12 hrs a day, after that they're work is criticised.
3) TL will give u a module to test, and he will be already aware of the bugs, but he will not tell that to tester,, and EOD he will check wheather u r able to find those bugs or not. , if not than he will screw you.
4) If u got call for the interview, please don't waste your time.

*Note.. BA, newly hired, so she is not aware of old featrures.
I don't know why, but your testing team leaders, once told, to one of the team member, not to explain "PIM Archival" feature completely to her.
