I am a part of Converzent Technologies since last 3.2 years and i have never even thought of what u r saying here as it is the best place to work for those" who really want to work".
As i have noticed in your case, i think you are over reacting and just want to blame company and want to harm it's good will nothing else. Because as i have seen, u always come late according to office timings, as our attendance records,and i think more than 20 times late in a month. Still you only get warnings from authorities, not any action was taken against you till you finished your career by yourself by non serious attitude of yours. Because i think there is no company existing who will gave money to a man who is sitting idle, not punctual, not having any skills, not at all productive for the company. Still i have seen that our authorities are having so much patience because they have tolerated your non serious attitude without taking any action.
I don't remember that i get my salary late or deducted since i am working here. I just want to say to you that you just concentrate on yourself, improve yourself for employment without blaming others. It was all your fault but you are making other's image down.You think you are doing so, but believe me there is nothing like that because truth is truth that everybody knows. It doesn't required your comments.
For me it is the best place and i am very much satisfied here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Converzent are a good, enthusiastic team of professionals with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude. Samres, Vikas, Sandeep, Jyoti, Raman, and others are dedicated and eager to deliver.
Also, the samosas they bring in at teatime are delicious :)
My only complaint is that the main staircase going up to their office does not have a railing; however there is a second set of stairs that are safer.
Overall -- good company; happy to recommend.
