★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corrupted staff. If you go for new or transfer case they will force you to fill a kyc form. It's alright to fill the form, but the main stupid thing is that you have to fill the form which you can fill with the pen. But they will insist you citing company's rule that they need a print copy of that KYC form. So you would have no choice,you have to take the print out of your own otherwise they will send you to a address (somebody's home) where he will fill your name in the computer and will give you the print out. He will charge ₹30 for that. It is their own rule for earning money. I confirmed it from Indane customer care and they told me that there is no such rule.Corrupt agency

Worst customer service ever got.
The support staff there, she is so rude and does not have any work ethics.
Support staffs are supposed to greet their customers properly and she is just south to that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very lethargic. And also blatantly breaking laws. They will try very very hard to sell you a stove with a new connection. Please refuse. That is illegal in India. Also, Indane has a very poor delivery service in Salt Lake Sector 1. Go with BharatGas or HP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency is full of unethical staff , starting from vendor to the manager , all are dishonest and have no ethics, I wonder how this agency is surviving. They will not hesitate to ask extra money, give leaking and expired cylinders, and even steal a filled cylinder when they come to drop one. This company dont even deserve 1 star. I wish to see this bunch of thieves closed down and unemployed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had a pleasant experience. Our connection dates back to 1976. However, our house was unoccupied since last 2 years so no booking was made in last 2 years. Had to apply for reconnection as well as change of customer name. The same was done in 1 day and the lady had been very cooperative.
