★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by samsung. They should ban these type of service centers, this is degrading Samsung's reputation in market. They installed a brand new AC, it stopped working once the labour(so called engineers, zero skill) stepped out of my apartment. Then after many follow ups also they did not provided any engineers next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worth less service center, i suggest don't take any service from this cheating centre. How samsung can give any Authorization to this cheating people for become a service centre. They are sending unskilled technicians for repair and installation. charging high rate. But you will not get any solution of your problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After booking service, 1st service man visited and proposed to change blower for 4K. Replaced the blower but AC started making sound after that. 2nd service man came, said the blower replacement was unnecessary and since the previous service man couldn't fix the blower properly, the motor got damaged. Informed Samsung Customer Care but was not of much help. Never got the money refunded. Instead the service centre said that they will dismantle the AC and repair in their factory which I doubted and the call was closed. The serviceman knows nothing and its surprising how @Samsung has onboarded such service centres

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They won't provide proper service. They tried to bluff me within the warranty by saying that pressure cleaning would damage the coil of the AC. And I have to give it in writing that they were not to be blamed. This clearly shows that they were trying to avoid free service. Samsung sucks because of the service they provide. Don't waste your money on Samsung products because you will hardly get any proper service.
