Didn't find the staff to be considerate enough in taking the orders.
Gave an extra star just for the good taste!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So Copper Chocs has been around for ages and it's my personal favourite for ordering our birthday cakes. I also like buying their chicken/vegetable puffs and their Rum Balls for tea time. The Chicken Mayo Roll is a treat, when you want to indulge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely destroyed the concept of photo cake. Provided a white photo and they made it brown. Did not inform upfront that this cannot be done in white if I chose chocolate instead of fresh cream Oreo. If that was not enough, they put ugly embroidery around the cake with stars. Horrible. Don't expect finesse from this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Outlet in terms of customer service. Had ordered a cake Online for take away and the payment was done online. upon arrival at the shop to collect the cake, my friend was informed that payment is not done. What an embarrassing moment to face on her Birthday, to pay for a gift.
