If u r planning to buy property thn it's good but must check near by property and rates. Bcz plot size is small thn average.
Gentry of society is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am owner of the flat. Worst builder of this area.Fake promises . I wish I could turn the time wheel and get my money back .Those who has invested money in this project next phase should take their money back as you might also feel cheated .Many problems faced by residents on daily basis as below.
No parking provided by the builder, even after raising issue multiple times, Builder is not allocating parking which result in frequent collisions between residents.
Amenities as promised during sale is not yet developed. Now builder is saying Amenities will not be developed by him as its a third party responsibility(which were not mentioned to anyone by Builder).
Seepage and crack problems in every flat.
No power backup facility for lifts and common areas.
Basement is flooded during rainy season, which result in damage of building base and may collapse in future.
No Fire equipment's are in working condition.
No Lightning conductor installed on building resulting in damage of equipment's.
No Rain water harvesting.
No dedicated children play area.
No Service lift provided by builder which results on goods being damaged when transferring.
No Reserved parking provided as well as no visitor parking.
No Weather coat is done on exterior walls.
Dogs and Cats problem in the society campus resulting in garbage littering and sometimes aggressive behavior by these stray animals towards residents.
