★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Most bizzare experience I had with this company in my flat at Emami City. I would never recommend this company to anyone. He left several works even after taking 95% of the entire money and now I have to get all work redone. Never go with their words. Visible Ac pipes, no place for set top box in tv unit, worst finishing in the paint snd 1000 more mistakes. Worst work.

I got my entire house UPVC Sliding Channel windows done along with complete collapsible Insect Nets for the house.. the quality of material and designs provided are great and work was done quickly and without any hassel.
Even the aftersales experience has been absolutely great for any kind of repairs or maintenance work.
They provide the best interior design solution as per our requirements.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coral design co. has been the worst experience for interiors. No professionalism. No proper planning of work. Within a months time, laminate started coming out, walls hv cracks. Moreover, he just left the work in middle n stopped responding inspite of giving full payment. We blocked the last 50k jus to get our work finished but he just ignored and left. Also, he didn't want to accept his mistake and his way of talking was very provocative and then used to point us in return. The total amount spent on our interiors we have paid him, it was absolutely not worth the pay. Bad job!!!

This after service is really appreciable and I would definitely recommend this service from Coral Design Co. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed my apartment in Kolkata ready for moving in 2 months while I was away from India . Coral design was there all the way to support - from sales, to design, to delivery. I felt I was continuously involved in the project - choosing colors and materials , while in certain situation even exchanging design ideas. Typically situations like these leads to a lot of gap between the requirement and the delivery . However, I was amazed to see how everything was exactly as we had thought but would be .
In my opinion the clear value that Coral Design brings are:
A) a Practical approach to delivery - they are not shy to tell what will not work. That is very valuable.
B) a service integrator - while working, Coral design ensured End to end service . There was need for water filters as the water quality was poor initially . Coral design arranged that . There was issues with mosquitos in the apartment. Coral design arranged that . ACs needed to be installed - coral design handled that
C) a Delivery bent if mind - coral design delivered even though there were continuous hiccups . As the complex was getting new electrical transformers - there were times when electricity was unavailable. Coral design arranged for a portable generator so that work doesn’t stops. A local contractor wanted to make issues. Coral design handled the situation without conflict .
D) on Time delivery : Coral design was able to deliver to me a solution that would typically take 3-5 months in 2 months . Shows project management skills
E) Service attitude : there were a couple of days when the final finishing work was getting done when my elderly in-laws moved to the apartment . Coral design ensured that the work got completed without they getting into difficulty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did the decoration of my flat in Ideal Enclave, Rajarhat. The sense of decoration is good but product quality is worst. Their timeline is also not trustable, they couldn't complete the work within time.
For kitchen i paid for bwp quality ply and such bad ply is given that the door came out from the cabinet within 3 years. The ply are swollen, laminates coming out. They are least bothered about the quality of the work.
Same is valid for bathroom cabinets.
Really bad experience, won't suggest anybody. ?
