★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my recent visit to store. Experience was horrible.. I feel as in all staff will attack on me.
The only concern I raised was charges billed to me after invoice is made and I asked that Same was not communicated to me. On this entire staff almost tried to attack me..
Thanks got Manager intervene and saved me..
I am not saying that don’t buy from Coral. Just stay safe when u make a visit
And prefer to get accompanied by a bodyguard :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently i was purchased a AC From Amazon and there is the problem in the AC i was raised the complaints in Amazon customer care but I'm not getting proper support from them after that i was purchased a new AC from the Coral Electronics and facing some techno issues in the product but i was raise the complaint to the coral staff and they will provide me replacement from the company thanks to all coral staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst behaviour by Mr. Kuldeep Jain.. refused to register product for warranty and abused the customer. Wrong installation of AC was done and no resolution for water leaking. They are cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 ACs. 1 was faulty and it took 7 days+ to replace it. These people took little to no responsibility in tracking the progress and said it has to be done by Blue Star only. I paid money to them and had to follow up with Blue Star everyday. Such unprofessional attitude of a retailer, just imagine.
If you care for your money, rather go with online like Amazon because atleast they provide some kind of service till successful installation.
