Overall its a great company to work, It also has sister companies like New Vision and Globeteleservices. Its headquarter is based in Atlanta Georgia

Note: If your fresher my suggestion will be in-house technology doesn't lead to any experience, you just wasting your time. But if want to Seattle down in Bhopal go-ahead.
Pros :
1. Good company in Bhopal with the best domain.
2. Job security.
3. Good salary only if you stay long ( 4-5 years) or returning experienced employee from some metropolitan.
4. People nice in general
Cons:
1. Super old and dead technology ( in House). Simply lower-level language than C, C++
2. So much overtime in name of the only company in Bhopal
3. the People/Management expert you to work for 9 PM even time say 7 PM this all a normal here. Urgent Call even stays longer or WFH.
4. Zero personal life.
5. Salary only good for Bhopal you can't stay (as a middle-middle class) of 6 people family ? on the highest pay in any metropolitan ( you get an idea about the highest pay).
