★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M3M skywalk is not Rera approved. They have interim Rera licence only for commercial project corner walk. They lie while booking and show you the commercial licence number of corner walk sector 74 Gurgaon. After booking they will not provide you document stated unit no. and project name. They are big thief's. Beware!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a big fraud. I purchased a shop in one of the M3M project and they further resold it to someone.. All their people whom I have interacted like Mr Sourabh from CRM team , Mr Robin CRM team , Mr Vikrant CRM team , Mr. Dogra from Sales team have stopped receiving the phone calls, Whatsapp messages and no reply on the emails sa well.
All are together in this.
This company is a big fraud. I purchased a shop in one of the M3M project and they further resold it to someone.
Now they are refusing to pay my money back.
Big cheaters. I would request you all please do not invest a single penny. They are big frauds....
They have launched several properties in 4-5 years not even able to rent out any single properly completely or nearly 60-70%. Now they are not able to pay the lease guarantees as their is no takers, so the only option left with them is to get more money from market under false promises and selling one unit twice. A bubble which is going to burst soon.
Dont let your hard earned money get into these thieves hands'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge market place. Will be happening place in future. A complete shopping place with all good brand names, a huge dining place and 9 screen multiplex is icing on the top.
Will be well connected with Dwarka expressway, NH 8 and Good course extension road.
There are apartments over the top but don't know the details.
