Other Services - Considering the volume of business that we generate and our positioning with various airlines, we get the best market fares, which are offered, to our customers. In addition we also have a number of corporate agreements extending additional benefits to our valued customers.
Special Corporate Benefits – The special benefits extended to our large volume corporate customers include - additional discount on certain fares, cancellation waiver in certain classes and extended stays in certain promotional classes.
We are among the top agents for last many years with major Carriers i.e. Lufthansa, British Airways, Thai Airways, Singapore Airlines, Japan Airlines etc. and have won achievement awards/certificates on regular basis with these carriers. We have a preferred relationship with these airlines as compared to other large agents, primarily due to our specialization and volumes in high end travel. Our specialization yields of 35% of total volume in First Class, 35% is in business class and the remaining 30% in promotional classes, which distinguishes us from host of other agencies.
Hotel Reservations - We also have close relations with the leading business and leisure hotel chains i.e. - Starwood group, Four Seasons, World Hotels, Leading Hotels of the World, Jumeirah and Marriott.

- Monthly MIS - for management reporting and drill down by class, sector, airline etc. We provide comprehensive MIS, for meticulous tracking based on different organisational parameters. i.e. number/names of employees travelling at any given point in time, destination wise, airline wise, date wise, department wise etc.
- Corporate benefits - We enrol our esteemed corporates for company loyalty programs, wherein not only do the individual travellers enjoy the privilege of being loyal to specific airliane alliance, but the corporate also gets a loyalty bonus.
- Negotiated Airline Fares - We have tie ups with major carriers for negotiated fares to select destinations in EU &USA, where the travel frequency is high.
- In-house Facilitation Services – such as visa, passport, airport facilitation etc. these are typically outsourced by other agencies
- Associate agents in all major countries
- Implant Offices - We have implants at several locations. We do cater to companies in multi-locations and should the travel volume be substantial we are willing to set up implant offices at the desired location.
