★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve 5 stars on banking services, less crowded, quick response. But after bank merge, simple passbook update services are not available for 2 months. During Demonitization, they provideed quick best service and no hackle was faced.
Earlier manager Panda, most irritating misbehaving, lazy and didn't provide complete information for banking benifit. Due to his misbehavior, I transferred my HBL from this bank. I have more complaint against this bank what should rectify for better service. Simply, for that guy, I left the bank and trying to move beyond this bank. But they provide quick HBL sanction. It was nice as customer over there for 10 yrs.
