★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad banking experience with this Bank and Sarita vihar branch in las t 12 years. Their phone numbers donot work or they never pick the call ( not even once in 12 years!!!!). If you call Call Centre they say contact your branch and their are no ways to contact them apart from physically visiting the branch every time. Next you try to complain. But their Chief Grievance Redressal Officer does not pick the call. Then you search for branch manager number on net which you would not find. If you fi d anya here after crossing number of sites, now this great guy does not pick the call!!! So you are left with only one option --- visit the branch...Which is not possible every time even if you are in Delhi. And by chance if you are stuck anywhere our side Delhi, only God is your saviour...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor banking system. Non cooperative staff. Government banks should realize that they are here to provide services to the customers. Otherwise they will be vanished by private bank which are a better option in every sense ,now a days. Specially this branch is very poor working style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has become from bad to worst after merging with UBI.Staff is very rude dont behave properly even with 70 plus sr citizen...not bothered to inform customers their new landline no..FDz even after maturity is not credited even after many days and onlgafteffemindrs done.Manager is not bothered about customer service..Thinking of changing Bank.
