★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service at Baddi branch. Bank is sucking blood of MSMEs by keeping the lending rate at 11% although RBI has reduced the repo rate to 6%.
No official at branch level is ready to understand the concern.
Recently finance minister announced that MSME would be supported and would not be declared NPA till March 2020.

I don't know what finance minister said.
When notification would come we will think.
