★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst developer ever, don't invest your hard earned money as you never know when you will be able to get into the property you buy from them. Its more than 4 years they started the construction and still not finished.
As per their plan, they were suppose to complete the construction by Jan'2014 and guess.... still not completed. BEWARE OF THEM

New update is again PREMSHREE builder, INDORE is lied about the giving possession of flat in CORRIDOR EXOTICA block F. They were suppose to give the possession on Jun 2019.
Just visited the site, I am surprised to see that nothing has completed in interior. Tiles, Electric wiring, wall paint, water outlet, kitchen & bathroom are incomplete.
From past couple of week I am chasing to have talk with the owner of the company. Every time they are unwilling to meet the buyer. Finally I got a chance to discuss about the possession of flat.
Owner agreed to complete the flat by Aug 15 2019, but the condition is I have to pay half of the remaining amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ please do not invest or buy any property under this builders they are FRAUD, from 2012 , i have already paid amount for my property now it's 2021 almost 10 years still no update for possession ,not answering calls . PLEASE HELP IF ANY ONE CAN

I am also waiting since 2010 first on bypass and here in corridor exotica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am living in the Exotica Corridor apartment. Quality of the house is too bad. They were using poor materials to build the building. If you want to a dream house don't even consider Exotica corridor. Management is very poor they are not even ready to hear your complaints. If you are new Customer they will treat you good once you buy property from them they don't even ready to hear anything. Don't waste your money here.
Once in every 2 months huge water problem, even for bathroom also you never get single drop of water for 3-4 days, if you ask the reason they always said you pipe is cracked and will argue with you. It is really surprising that their taps, toilets flush is not working properly just bcz they used local items so better not to go with Exotica. No safety at all, security like a sleeper sells they don’t have minimum knowledge what they want to do. They didn’t started GYM facility yet since 4 years even though Pools are not ready.
Initially this environment is good. But now worst.
All village labours are came for housekeeping and they will do toilets behind your flats, no toilet facility is there, No garbage facility , lot of dust, lots of mosquitos due to the heap of garbage behind the flat, stone are laying inside the society. Dogs are there inside the campus, I am planning to move out of this. Continuous power cut occurring. Day by day it is getting worst. I would not recommend people to stay in Exotica corridor in coming 10years.
