β β β β β I gave the following feedback on Google FB today after my patience gave away.?β
We first hired corum in June-July 2017 the first time and their services which include Customer Interaction with Corum HR was so so. The only good staff they sent was a lady called Anita as a 3rd replacement for previous shoddy attendants. That too was short-lived since Anita wanted a 24/7 inhouse & our requirement that time was 12 hr night only. Corum couldn't give us the mandatory Satisfaction thereafter, the then HR staff stating the company was undergoing Reconstruction/reorganising.?
Then Oct'17 we were approached again when new HR staff took over. We shortlisted Swati for 24hrs this time. However once again their understanding of customer needs to match up their inexperienced staff couldn't take off. Swati would sleep at night, while my 90+ yr old Mom kept calling ?
The third time we reconnected on 25 Feb'18. This time their staff appeared overqualified. An MA Final for an Elderly Patient care Attendant seemed incongruent at first, however the HR Ms Sneha assured me that it was the girl Pujas personal choice to get into this profession. Two days down, the coating started to peel off. The attendant though punctual, would not pay attention to her basic regime. She would conveniently FORGET giving timely Medicine (daily prepared and put in different bowls, by me) to patient, despite Reminders, so much so, she would conveniently LIE that she's given, holding the 90+ yr old to vouch for her casualness.
Last evening just before her shift got over I asked has she given the 6pm medicine? She ran back and then Suddenly, yes I've given. I checked my medicine box, my mom's medicine box was untouched. She even went to the extent of "ΰ€¦ΰ€Ύΰ€¦ΰ₯ ΰ€ΰ€ͺΰ€¨ΰ₯ ΰ€ΰ€Ύΰ€ ΰ€Ήΰ₯ ΰ€¨ΰ€Ύ" ? My mom forgetful that she is complied to a Yes. All this while in that commotion, my visiting brother and bhabi from Toronto watched in horror, and said, "since 6pm hes sitting with mom, had tea and she never took any medication? Then how do you state that youve taken/ given her? And why should you expect the 90 yr old to remember? What is your need then?" This was the second time in 6days, Puja had skipped Moms medication on time? It was then suggested that she prepare a chart of medicine timings and tick off only after Mom consumed and get my signatures on that chart to avoid any mishap. Puja over excitedly promised to prepare the chart at home and bring it with her this morning. However, when asked, her response was She couldnt find a pen/paper in her room at the Corum Health Hostel she shares with 7 other girls, Im still reeling in shock at the casualness of this MA Final, who if in her forgetfulness Mom took two BP medicines instead of One, at 90+ she could be comatised or have a heart attack due to her BP shooting low. ?
On other basic health maintainence parameters, such as messaging, feeding too, Puja doesnt match up to a serious, responsible Elderly Patient Attending Care Giver ?
The night one sent yesterday, Nirmala too didn't have all the parameters we were promised.
For one, she didn't know/ was out of practice (gave me both excuses) of sugar testing.
Secondly, she hadn't had rest during the day, and thus was visibly tired and sleepy to duty.
Thirdly their phones ring when attending to patient's and they care a damn of the task at hand. Excuse given is call from home β
My sincere request? to Corum and Ms Sneha HR as well as staffing incharge, Ms Anoushka is, to please #Give_more_weightage to #Customer_Experience than Customer Acquirement or even Satisfaction Index?
I've rated you as ONE*Star? on the quality of your staff's casual and unprofesdional on-site behavior. This is my 7th day today, I haven't had time to myself, due to Pujas constant SelfConsumed concocted story-telling to my visibly Uninterested, almost on the verge, Mom?
Otherwise, Sneha (HR) has been a boon in today's cut throat "Patient Attendant Agent" TRADE, and I rate the Company, Corum Healthcare HR 7******? for their constant endeavor to listen and Improvise.
