★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service received in package booking of La shangrila (Sikkim) had very bad experience, zero commitment, false statements, shabby rooms, drivers very unsupportive, rude & abusive. A complete chaos. On the last day of trip had to complain with the local Police Station & Chairman Human Rights with regards to abusive driver in Singtam. Check with other travel company's before finalising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have relationship with Cosmo since a long time. My last visit with them was to Sikkim. Their arrangement was nice, especially the hotels. They have arrangements of very prompt vehicle service. Without any prior notice they arranged for Nathula, the next day it was opened for tourists. We had a sedentary mysterious experience at Fem Bungalow near Gengtok. People fond of natural trek may try the place and Cosmo would arrange it nicely. I am very much satisfied with them and look forward for their future tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We book our family trip through Cosmo Tours & Travels. Mr Amarnath Bhadra is very cordial to make our trip to Shillong & Kaziranga . Mr Bhadra very careful to our trip. We have stay at Home Stay, it was very nice accommodation, Driver also very apologize and experience. My family certainly need doctor at Kaziranga Mr Bhadra Immediate arrange by his network doctor. we complete the trip very nice. we recommend of them wish to again trip by this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to silk Route, on 5th Jan , my from cosmo side was amazing, grt home stay , nice arrangement, but the driver provided by cosmo, name Mahesh, was disaster, worst behaviour for the driver , he raise hand on one of our team member, because of his own anger , but at the same time another driver, called Dinesh was amazing, very good nd generous in behave, nd had a grt journey with him , every thing was amazing, accept this one driver who ruin our tour . All total it was a good tour .

The staff of the hotels are also very helpful and they have provided their services in a very nice way. The drivers are also very good. He has shown and guided all the unknown spots by himself. Always keep an eye on everyone's physical condition while walking on the road. In the future I will go again to manage Cosmo Tours & Travels.
