★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm referring specifically to their Goa pork sausages which were a hot favourite for decades! Sadly their quality of late has gone downhill???I recently picked up a packet from josephs cold storage bandra and was totally disappointed. There was so much vinegar in the seasoned meat which rendered a very sour taste to the sausage. Had to throw it away as it was too sour and totally unpalatable! Costas you better have someone recheck your basic recipe otherwise you will lose customers en masse.
