Customer's respect should be the utmost priority of any shop/brand/ seller which is lacking here.
1. The staff is extremely rude. They think and treat us as if we visit Cotton cottage to steal something from their shop. When confronted about their behavior they rudely deny it. I would like to name the Staff called as Darshana, who says she owns the cotton cottage in Vile Parle.
2. When I gathered information I got to know that she is not the Owner and the owner is a different person. She even takes the name of the top brasses in Cotton Cottage and tells that you may complain to them. This level of behavior creates a doubt in your mind whether the Management of Cotton Cottage support this kind of behavior.
3. This so called Owner of Cotton Cottage is not afraid of any actions that would be taken against her because management lacks control over the staff.
4. The management needs to understand that unless customers who are visiting your place are respected, brand wont succeed.
I would be boycotting the products/ purchases from Cotton Cottage. I know this wont matter to the Cotton Cottage management much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the designs. They have variety of stock to choose from. The kurtas and pants are very ethnic and elegant. They have lot of options to choose from to mix and match as well, lovely dupattas collection to match with your kurtas. The staff is very pleasant and warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fabric sucks.. one wash and my kurta looks like a mop! The sales staff lies saying the clothes are washed before stitching. Absolute lie! I followed all instructions on the leaf. Still quality is bad! Please dont waste money.
