★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the shop is very small, the staff is very rude, there is no trialroom and the owner doesnt allow exchange after more than 2 days. if customer has got 10tops also he will not understand to exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate this store in negative. Went there to buy a dress, only to be shooed away by the owner in the most disrespectful manner possible. I was honestly baffled at his behavior n thought hard so to what exactly had I said or done to elicit that kind of behavior. Reading the comments here gives me a closure of sorts..Haha!

They do not allow the customer to try on clothes, to exchange the clothes even if they don’t fit and to top it the staff is ridiculously rude and non cooperative. I would not recommend anyone to visit this store. Perusing majority of the reviews, it is evident that most customers have faced similar issues. It is time that the management of the shop looks into it before it looses all its customers!!

Here they make there own policy.. like guys please grow up.. atleast keep a trial room. Your service is worst. I will recommend anyone to go . Price High and you will get disrespectful behaviour. Owner you really need change your policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OVERPRICED, BAD QUALITY CLOTHES, NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
There is no trial room. They have no return policy, which by the way isn't mentioned anywhere except on the bill! The chap who runs the shop is rude and if you ask him about how unfair it is of them to not take back clothes which don't fit, he simply yells on the top of his voice. The experience was terrible and I would never recommend this store to anybody unless you want to hear a mouthful of crap.

This so called boutique shop in Bandra mumbai is by far the worst place for ladies to visit. The guys running the management have no basic manners of how to speak to a lady or address issues let alone be having any basic customer service skills. And I believe this has not been only my personal experience but read a lot of reviews about this place with other women facing similar issues with the owners of this outlet.The guys have a twisted attitude towards their customers and think they can get away with anything once the sale is made.

this people are CHEATERS.. please do not buy anything from them manager is pathetic and very rude Dosent know how to talk … while buying there are v nice and sweet.. they don’t even believe in customer services.. cotton on Bandra is bad:. Quality of the stuff is bad.. just be AWARE before goin there.. they don’t even stick to their words liars and cheaters they are.. and DONATED THE STUFF THAT I BOUGHT FROM THERE AS THEY PROMISED TO GIVE A CREDIT NOTE AND THEN DENIED EVERYTHING…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the clothes look very attractive and the staff is over enthusiastic while selling, the sizes are barely ever right and the same staff is disinterested in helping out with exchange. There is no trial room and the exchange policy is limited and the process is made difficult for the customer. There are no price tags on clothes so you have to take the owner's word for whatever is quoted at that moment. An avoidable experience.
