★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great clothing shop. All the clothes here are soft and comfortable, available at a reasonable price. I'm not a fan of shopping, but Cottonworld is a shop I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from.
They give candies at the billing counter too :P

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since I moved to Mumbai and discovered Cotton World, we were regulars at the stores in Phoenix High Street Mall, Colaba or elsewhere. Yesterday I had gone to the Colaba store of Cotton World in the basement.
I bought 2 pieces of clothing and paid by debit card. When I was asked for bags, I refused and carried the clothes in a bag I was carrying.
On reaching home I checked the receipt and was shocked to find that 2 bags had been added to the bill. The amount was not much, but the gesture did leave a bad taste.
Sad to have to check before trusting the employees of a favourite store.
